Free phone consultation
A therapist will contact you to schedule an 15 minute phone consultation to hear more from you and answer any questions you have about group
Step 3
Pre-group assessment and preparation
If our groups may be right for you, you will meet with a prospective group leader for a 50-minute session. In this session, you will see what it may be like to work with this group therapist as well as explore more in depth your goals for group and which group may be right for you. At the end of this first session, you will have either a plan to prepare for and start one of our groups or referrals for other resources.
Location
In-person groups are located in Oakland’s Piedmont Ave neighborhood and are a 15-min walk from MacArthur Bart. There is on street metered and unmetered parking
